From 23 to 26 September 2026, Wroclaw Medical University will host the 57th Symposium of the Polish Histochemical and Cytochemical Society. This year’s symposium will be held under the motto “Contemporary Morphology – from Genes to Tissue Architecture”.

The symposium will provide an opportunity to present research findings and discuss the place of morphological sciences in contemporary biomedical research. Particular attention will be given to the latest technologies used in biomedical research, including molecular biology methods applied to cell and tissue imaging. The event will also provide a forum for the exchange of experience between early-career and experienced researchers and for discussion on the role of interdisciplinarity in contemporary science.
