Student Accommodation
On-campus accommodation: Wrocław Medical University offers housing in two dorms with single, double and three-bedded rooms. The dorms are situated not far from the campus, close to other facilities like a shopping mall, sports facilities, parks, etc.
Off-campus accommodation: Some students choose to live off the campus in rented private rooms, apartments, houses, or shared accommodation. Off-campus housing can offer more independence and privacy but it may require commuting to the campus.
Remember, it is important to consider your budget, the location of the place, the facilities, and your other needs and expectations. Here are some hints to make your choice easier:
- Location: Close to the campus, good public transportation facilities, grocery stores, etc.
- Cost: Evaluate the cost of accommodation, including rent, utilities, and other expenses, to ensure it fits within your budget.
- Facilities: Internet access, laundry facilities, study spaces, and general security facilities.
- Community: Consider the type of community or social atmosphere you prefer, whether you want a quieter environment for studying or seek a more social place.
- Rental agreement: Before signing the rental agreement, read it carefully and make sure you understand all the terms included and any other rules and regulations that consider the place you plan to rent.

Choosing the most convenient place to stay in Wroclaw is important to feel comfortable as a student. Start looking for a place that meets all your requirements in advance, a month befeore the academic year starts at the latest. Should you choose a WMU dorm as a place of you stay, the application must be submitted from May 15 to August 30 (from May 15 to June 15 if you are already a WMU student, from June 16 to August 30if you are a first year candidate). In student dorms there are: wireless Internet, a student common room, a shop, vending machines with coffee, drinks and snacks, a medical clinic, a spacious car park, bicycle shelters, a 24-hour reception, monitoring of the building
Guest rooms:
We offer furnished guest rooms with bathrooms (toilet in the corridor). Each room has a fridge, a TV and a cordless kettle. We also offer affordable accommodation in double and triple rooms for individuals and organized groups during the summer holidays.
A total of approx. 800 places
Conference Venue:
There are 3 conference rooms for 30, 50 and 100 people with a multimedia projector and a screen provided.
Our housing facilities are located in a green place with numerous running and cycling routes nearby, easy to get to any part of the city using public transport.
There are CCTV cameras inside and outside the dorms for security purposes.
