International Gum Health Day at UCS

On 12 May, the University Dental Center invites patients to an Open Day held to mark International Gum Health Day.

The consultations are intended, among others, for people who have noticed bleeding gums, bad breath, or receding gums, as well as those who would like to have their oral health checked as a preventive measure. Between 12.00 and 15.00, visitors can receive a free assessment of their gums, periodontium, and oral mucosa, and speak with a specialist about the prevention of periodontal disease.

The Open Day will include:
– a free periodontal examination,
– a specialist consultation,
– an assessment of the gums, periodontium, and oral mucosa,
– preventive advice and further recommendations.

The event is organized by the Oral Mucosa and Periodontal Diseases Clinic of the University Dental Center.

The event is held under the patronage of Prof. Tomasz Konopka, National Consultant in Periodontology, and Dr. Jacek Zborowski, Regional Consultant in Periodontology.

Prior registration is required. Registration is open Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 19.00. To book an appointment, please call 71 718 62 92 and quote “Open Day”, or register in person at the University Dental Center, ul. Krakowska 26. The number of places is limited.
