We invite you to take part in the 3rd Scientific Conference “Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety. Science Meets Clinical Practice”.

The conference will focus on the practical aspects of pharmacovigilance, risk management, and clinical trial methodology. The event will provide an interdisciplinary platform for cooperation, integration, and the exchange of experience between all stakeholders involved in monitoring the safety of medicinal products.

As a recurring event, the conference supports an annual expert discussion on the dynamic development of pharmacovigilance systems.

Registration and submission guidelines

The final deadline for registration and abstract submission is 5 June 2026.

Registration: participants can register via the dedicated registration form. Detailed information and the outline program are available on the official conference website.

Abstract submission: abstracts should be submitted as MS Word files, prepared strictly in accordance with the template available on the website. They should be sent by email to: pvds@umw.edu.pl. Please include “Poster Session” in the subject line.
