The Diabetes and Ophthalmology Summit II 2026 is devoted to current challenges in diagnosing and treating diabetes and its complications, with particular emphasis on eye diseases. The programme brings together topics in diabetology, ophthalmology, metabolic diseases and public health, presenting the latest clinical guidelines, research findings and good practice in patient care.
An important element of the event is its interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of people with diabetes. This includes cooperation between specialists from different fields, case-based panel discussions, and a review of new directions in therapy, prevention, and improving adherence to treatment recommendations.
