Join us for a workshop exploring the culinary traditions of historic Poland.
At Wrocławska Restaurant, located at 59 Szewska Street, researchers and students will come together to recreate historic recipes and explore the culinary traditions of the past. Participants will have the chance to see the dishes being prepared and taste the finished creations.
