We invite you to take part in the second edition of an interdisciplinary conference on transplantology — an event that brings the medical community together to discuss the key challenges and future directions of this field. It will be a unique meeting of experts, healthcare leaders, and representatives of medical institutions from Lower Silesia and the Opole region.
The conference will take place on 19 May 2026 at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Wroclaw Medical University, ul. Borowska 211, Wrocław.
The 2nd Wrocław Transplantology Meeting will provide a space for exchanging experiences, inspiring discussion, and conversations about the future of transplantology. The event will offer an opportunity to learn about the latest medical advances and jointly explore solutions that have a real impact on saving human lives.
The program will include topics such as the development of heart transplantology and modern circulatory support systems, the organization of organ donation in line with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and those of national consultants, patient qualification for transplantation, and the future of donation and transplantation in Poland. Awards will also be presented to institutions supporting the development of this field.
The meeting will bring together recognized experts and practitioners from various areas of medicine, as well as people involved in shaping and developing the healthcare system.
All those interested in transplantology are welcome to attend — including medical professionals, medical students, enthusiasts, and anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge and better understand the challenges and opportunities of modern medicine.
