The international educational project “Masterclass: Intensive Care Medicine” is a unique program aimed at medical students interested in modern intensive care medicine. The initiative is conducted under the Erasmus program by students from Saarland University Medical Center.
“Masterclass” is a free online elective course designed for students from their third year onward. Classes are held via Zoom and combine lectures by renowned experts with interactive clinical case discussions. The program offers a practical perspective on contemporary challenges in intensive care medicine and allows participants to deepen their knowledge in an international academic environment.
Completion of the course awards 2 ECTS credits, providing additional academic value for participants.
The next edition of the course will begin in April 2026.
