The German Bundestag invites young university graduates to apply for the International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) 2027, which will take place in Berlin from 1 March to 31 July 2027.

Held under the patronage of the President of the German Bundestag, the programme is aimed at young people interested in politics who, through their qualifications, personality, and commitment, have the potential to take on leadership roles in their home countries in the future.

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the German parliamentary system, both in theory and in practice.
